TASTING NOTES
BARREL 1, 112 PROOF
Nose: Orange peel, cut grass and honey
Palate: Pear and honey that coats your mouth before a medium finish that tingles your tongue and lips from the light spice
BARREL 2, 119 PROOF
Nose: Aromas of cherry, toffee and a hint of citrus blossom
Palate: Dark cherry and black pepper with a smooth, long vanilla finish
BARREL 3, 127 PROOF
Nose: Honey, apples and light nutmeg
Palate: Flavors of honey, apricot and apple with a smooth caramel mouthfeel
BARREL 4, 127 PROOF
Nose: Cinnamon, cloves and wood spice that tingles your nose
Palate: Lingering wood spice with a shroud of clove

Nose: Vanilla, toasted almonds and burnt caramel
