1 1/2 oz Original X Rye Whiskey
1 oz Orange Juice
4 dashes of Cranberry Bitters

Directions
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker, setting your lime on the side.
Shake and strain over ice into a glass of your choice.

1-2 oz Neversweat Straight Bourbon
1 oz Coconut Rum
1 oz Orange juice
1 oz Pineapple juice
¾ oz Headframe Plain Simple Syrup
Fresh Lime Juice (about ¼ lime)
Grenadine
Fresh Pineapple, Oranges, Cherries if desired for toping

If you’re ready to put your cocktail skills to the test, try our Canadian Campfire! This busy cocktail takes at least 24 hours to prepare if you are planning to enjoy the fruits of your labor with a flame on top. Flavors of fruit, citrus and warmth will heat you up from the inside out!
Ingredients
High Proof Booze soaked Orange Peels
1-2 oz Acquisition Canadian Whisky
1 oz Headframe Habanero Simple Syrup
Fresh Strawberries
1 Fresh Orange
1 Fresh Lime
1 oz Orange Juice
½ oz Nellie and Joe’s Key West Lime Juice or other Key Lime juice

Directions
Peel the rind off 1 Orange with a vegetable peeler into approx. 2 inch pieces
Place Orange Peels in a wide mouth Mason Jar
Cover with high proof alcohol, such as Everclear
Let soak for a couple days, minimum of 24 hours
Prep Limes and Oranges by cutting them into wedges
In shaker, muddle 3 fresh Strawberries with stem removed
Add Acquisition, Habanero Simple Syrup, Orange Juice, squeeze of Lime and Orange wedge, Lime Juice and some ice
Shake well to incorporate ingredients
Pour into rocks glass filled with ice
Add a splash of Club Soda (up to an ounce)
Place a soaked Orange Peel on top of drink and light on fire

Roughly 2 inch piece of Fresh Ginger
2 Large Fresh Lemons
2 oz Lemon/Ginger infused High Ore Vodka
1 oz Headframe Ginger Peppercorn Simple Syrup
Angostura Bitters
Directions for infused High Ore Vodka
Peel Ginger and slice into small pieces
Cut 2-3 Lemons into quarters
Place Lemon and Ginger in a wide mouth Mason Jar
Pour two cups of High Ore Vodka in Mason Jar
Let sit for 1-2 weeks until you get your desired flavor
Shake or stir occasionally as the flavors infuse
Strain the Fruit and Ginger, then discard

In 1895, Butte saw its largest warehouse explosion. Jim, one of the fire horses at the time, miraculously survived the chaos but Dandy, another horse, did not make it. This drink is an ode to both of them and the work they did for our Community. As if having two different personalities, our Jim Dandy creates a sweet and sour combination in honor of both horses who worked tirelessly for Butte.

¾ oz Fresh Huckleberries
Fresh Orange, sliced for individual servings

The Mai Wah museum in Butte, Montana is dedicated to sharing the history of our Chinese Community.
