1-2 oz Kelley Single Malt
3/4 oz Headframe Cranberry Simple Syrup
1 oz Lime Juice
½ oz Headframe Vanilla Simple Syrup

2 oz Neversweat Straight Bourbon Whiskey or another version of Neversweat you enjoy
1 oz Lemon Juice
1 oz Headframe Earl Grey Tea Simple Syrup

¾-1 oz Headframe Plain Simple Syrup, add or subtract amount to desired taste
3-4 dashes Angostura Bitters
Splash of Water

In a whiskey glass, add the Neversweat of your choice, Angostura Bitters and Headframe Plain Simple Syrup
Stir
Add a light splash water – no more than a ½ ounce or so
Add ice

Ingredients
Roughly 2 inch piece of Fresh Ginger
2 Large Fresh Lemons
2 oz Lemon/Ginger infused High Ore Vodka
1 oz Headframe Ginger Peppercorn Simple Syrup
Angostura Bitters
Directions for infused High Ore Vodka
Peel Ginger and slice into small pieces
Cut 2-3 Lemons into quarters
Place Lemon and Ginger in a wide mouth Mason Jar
Pour two cups of High Ore Vodka in Mason Jar
Let sit for 1-2 weeks until you get your desired flavor

In 1895, Butte saw its largest warehouse explosion. Jim, one of the fire horses at the time, miraculously survived the chaos but Dandy, another horse, did not make it. This drink is an ode to both of them and the work they did for our Community. As if having two different personalities, our Jim Dandy creates a sweet and sour combination in honor of both horses who worked tirelessly for Butte.
